A shared starting point

A focused identity and a welcoming website, built around the people you want to reach.

What we’ll make together

  • A clear brand direction
  • A thoughtful, responsive website
  • A practical guide for what comes next
A first draft, ready for your ideas

Try the workflow. No document is created.

Draft. Refine. Deliver.

Less blank page. More possibility.

Turn records, conversations, and ideas into editable business documents. Review revisions, prepare packets, and deliver the version you approve.

01

Start with the work you already have

Choose a template or a brief, then bring in permitted workspace records, completed transcriptions, and other sources. Keep the supplied context close as you draft.

02

Make the words your own

Edit structured content directly, use undo and redo, and ask AI for proposed changes. Compare a revision before accepting it, while preserving the earlier version.

03

Give review a clear finish line

Add team comments and move a saved revision from Draft to In review to Ready. A later content change needs its own review, so approval stays with the version you saw.

04

Deliver one document or the whole set

Export an accepted revision as PDF or editable Word. Package document sets in a ZIP, save to your workspace Drive, and add an optional sender or recipient signing request.

A clear next step

Start with what you know.
Finish with something real.

The same workspace, a focused place to work. Your account, sources, and permissions come with you.

01

Bring the starting point

Pick a template or write a brief. Confirm the facts and workspace sources you want to include.

02

Shape it together

Edit the draft, review proposed AI changes, and bring teammates into the review of the saved revision.

03

Send the version you mean

Export the accepted PDF or Word file, publish a packet, or prepare an optional signature request from the document.

A little more detail

Good questions.

What can I make with Express?

Express supports business document templates and free-form briefs, including proposals, statements of work, and standard operating procedures. It also supports document packets with shared answers and an ordered export.

Can I edit the draft myself?

Yes. Edit the supported structured content directly, with undo and redo. AI revisions are proposals that you can compare, accept, or reject. Saved revisions and earlier exports remain available in the document’s history.

How does team review work?

Comments and Draft, In review, and Ready status belong to one saved revision. When the content changes, the new revision needs its own review. Packet draft answers are private to their author; a packet is not a live shared editing session.

Which formats can I deliver?

Export an accepted revision as PDF or editable DOCX, and download a document packet as a ZIP. You can save exports to the workspace Drive. PDF character support has limits; Word-only export is available when a PDF cannot render the document’s characters.

Can I collect a signature?

Yes. Prepare an optional signing request with a sender, one external recipient, or both, from an exported PDF. The selected parties review and sign the frozen document. The completed workflow provides an executed PDF and completion evidence.

Does Express verify every fact in a draft?

No. Source details show the context supplied to the draft, and structural checks can flag issues such as placeholders or empty sections. They do not verify every fact, calculation, or legal term. Review the content before delivery.
